Soccer B: 7-9yrs (bday cutoff 5/30, age up)

Kewanee Park District Youth Soccer League B
Birthdate cutoffs are enforced. Children must fall within age range by start of the season (5/2), and will need to age up if birthdate falls out of age range before season end (5/30). If you have any questions please call the administrative office at 309.852.2872

Practices: Week of Apr 6th- May 1 (coach chooses day/time)
Games: May 1 - 30th. (Saturdays and some Weds.)

Note:

Gear:
All athletes are required to wear shin guards.
Refs are responsible for checking gear at the start of each game.
Soccer cleats (no toe spike), or sturdy gym shoes are acceptable for play.
Each player will receive a team shirt with a pre-assigned number. Colors are determined by sponsor.
Teams:
Coaches are instructed to contact all LEAGUE players before practices are scheduled to begin (tentatively week of Apr 6th). If you have not heard from a coach by this date please contact the Park District at 309.852.2872
***Players in 4yr CLINIC may be contacted at a later date as there are no practices leading up to regular season. (Please reach out to the Park District if you have not heard from a coach by April 27.)

Teams are evenly divided by data such as age, gender, and skill level. Limited exceptions for placement are granted based on transportation needs, siblings in the same league, coach & assistant placement, etc.
